Absolutely horrible app. I've signed up and tried to use it but got a message saying they need to review my account first. It says it usually takes two days but in my case it's been over a year and still counting. They also keep spamming me with promotional email but I cannot unsubscribe because I need to sign into my account to change my email preferences so I guess I'm stuck in this limbo forever...

terrible trading app. first of all its not free, it costs more than any other platform because of the small charges also I pay like £12 a month for just using it. stocks are limited and it takes up to 11 weeks yeah 3 months to get your government top up to your SIPP. sometimes trades dont go through. also it's slow in getting actual prices. I would avoid.

Having huge issues with my account and unable to speak to a person. Unresolved since dec. Incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling that this is absolutely not a company I should have trusted with my money. Would highly recommend looking into competitors. edit - emailed as they requested and the help bot just closed it. currently still unresolved. edit 2 - never got a reply from the email, issues still unresolved.
