Ratings and reviews

The app is simple and easy to use. Sure, there's further features I'd like to see on the roadmap, but their absence don't prohibit me from managing my investments. My biggest problem is with the difficulty speaking with support/CS and the excessive time it takes to respond. All related to a request to transfer holdings from another platform onto Freetrade, which was made in January, and is still in progress... Missed the ISA deadline. Furious

Pretty good. Price alarms (without a linked buy/sell) might be useful. Some more in depth 'reporting' or advanced filters for displaying investments would be good, as a well-stocked portfolio can become laborious to navigate by swiping (and swiping and swiping...) Occasionally screens are blank or hang waiting for data, and need to be dismissed and recalled to display anything.

The latest update includes "security enhancements" apparently. Well I'm not sure removing the use of the fingerprint scanner and all settings related to security (ie changing the pin code etc) as being an enhancement, quite the opposite in fact! EDIT: I never said I logged out and I never said I have to create a new pin every time. Did you even read what I wrote???
