one of the worst apps and smart shelf platforms. Do not use this service under any circumstances. the support take their sweet time to resolve an issue and platform charges an extortion amount of fees to hold your package for more than an hour. Stay far and away from this app

This app is an absolute joke. My parcel was successfully delivered by the courier, but the app itself was completely broken for two full days, meaning I couldn't collect the parcel from the box. Once it was finally back up, you still had the audacity to charge me a late pickup fee, without so much as an apology, as if the delay was somehow on my end. Hire better developers.

Tells you to contact customer service but you can't cause the app itself is not even working. I can't imagine how many times I have tried troubleshooting. What's worse is if there is no connection on their side and we can't collect the parcel on time you'd still have to pay the extended collection. That's crazy...
