good morning where to start immediately on opening I see a diamond with my apps are opening. I have never seen this before. next the launcher keeps stopping when I opened any of the apps. I get a message that's the app is not responding. it tells me I have to either close it or wait. the system UI is not responding. my phone freezes up add soap to the apps. also I am getting advertising for other security apps that keep overriding whatever I am on telling me I have viruses, etc. To add insult to

Thanks for refunding the $331 + previous charge so quickly. Unfortunately, another charge for $331 + has shown up (yesterday) on a different account with the same institution. Please correct this quickly and please don't do that again. I am also having trouble registering my phone number to the account so I can be notified if there's an issue.

This app is horrible. I canceled my account during the "free trial" and not only did they not cancel my account they upgraded it to a premium subscription and dinged my empty bank account 6 times @ $35 each time for $14.99 at the end of last month and had the audacity to print in my account my payment was due April, 13th. I am out $210 and credit u threatening to close my account that I have had for 21 years. You cannot get a hold of any humans to talk to and can only send 1 email.What a ripoff
