Had symptoms of a UTI so bought this in hope of sorting quickly. First the app froze on a little yellow dot and then on the image of the woman - uninstalled, cleared cache, restarted phone repeatedly - nothing seemed to help. Then it worked randomly. Took the test, following the instructions to the letter, only to be told there was a shadow on the photo, despite being directly under a window. Tried again repeatedly until the 2 mins ran out... No luck. Useless!

Waste of money. £10 for the kit. It's handy if it gives you the right results. My local boots couldn't do the prescribing after but thankfully I went to the doctor's the day after I'd used it. The app told me to speak to a pharmacist as my results were abnormal. Quick sample at the docs, everything is clear and normal. So if I'd have gone from the results on the app I could have been taking medication/treatment that I didn't even need! It's pretty quick and easy to do but results are misleading

Terrible experience. I bought this in slight desperation quickly and didn't realise it needed an app. Would never have bought it if I'd realised. My mistake. However, the app is incompatible with the latest OS I'm on. Not really got the time to wait. Just useless.
