Every session you will work on the problems you care about the most and we will help you make a concrete plan to address them. Your coach is trained on a proven, science-based method and supported by professional therapists, in order to give you the best possible support.

Step 2: Do a free self test to understand how you are doing
Step 3: Pick your coach: all of them are certified and of high quality
Step 4: Choose a time at which you want to have a session with your coach
Step 5: Have chat sessions with your coach who will help you with the following:
Share & clarify the problems you face in life
Pick a problem you want to address
Brainstorm for solutions
Build a concrete action plan together
Come back, review how it went and continue working on your problems

Typically, 4-8 sessions are sufficient to see lasting results.

Don't worry if you don't know exactly what the problems you face are – our coaches are trained to guide you on your way, allowing you to share at your own pace, and providing you with steps to take.

If you recognize these problems, your Inuka life coaches can be of help. Your coach will work with you to better understand the challenges you face, and make an action plan to deal with them.
