I have had a bad experience with it, I have waited for more than 24 hours since my deposit and it still hasn't reflected, I tried contacting them but neither the email and the whatsapp have returned a single text back, I am regretting using this broker though I really had high hopes in them. What good is the app if it functions well with just a few things but it let's you down with the important staff.... I still even haven't gotten help since then... 😩😔😏

What a Joke! I wanted to try Vault Markets but when I registered and signed on, it asks me for my email and password every time I click on something new. Then it just freezes. I'm not even going to take the risk and make a deposit now. Can't be using such a slow outdated aap when trading. I instantly lost any trust I had. I would not recommend this to any friend.

I requested a withdrawal almost a month ago and they still haven't processed it. I've been asking for feedback on both whatsapp and email but no one's giving me any reasonable reason as to why it hasn't been processed. Use these guys at your own risk. My withdrawal was for only $10. Imagine if it were a million. Horrible customer service.
