Update: They refunded my money. It's sad it doesn't work because I was going to be a weekly subscription holder. It worked great the first time until the update. DON'T DO IT. I installed the app. Paid for the weekly subscription and it keeps crashing. I can't even use it. I want a refund. Someone finally reached out about my account and then when I sent them evidence of my subscription they haven't responded back much less giving me a refund. Doesn't work.

App is easy to use. I bought the year subscription and within the first hr, it failed to pick up 4 recordings. if the recording was a minute or 2 then the app may transcribe 20 words. if the recording was 30 seconds, I may only get 1 word transcription. the summary of the conversation was accurate but that doesn't help me. The only way I've found to reach customer service is the chat in the app. and AI is telling me nobody is there to help me.

im really loving this app. I like how it gives a well detailed summarize of your audios. I like that I could use audios, recorded phone calls, uploads from files, notes and to do lists. it not only transcribes as you speak, it recognizes the language so you don't have to change it. i find it interesting how it also gives you the important points of what is being transcribe. It gives a 3 day free trial. This app is not free there's a charge weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose.
