I've used this app with the Ellipse lock for 2 years now and it's generally been a really good experience. There are regular updates and this has been the only time an issue has arisen but it soon gets sorted out. Overall a very good experience and I like the fact it is constantly improving.

Like others have noted a terrible system. I am standing right next to a bike and trying to unlock it. Instead it tells me to walk towards the bike, but even on the map I'm standing right next to it. If it takes me more than 5 minutes, in my case 20 minutes to unlock a bike, it is useless. I tried a couple different bikes and this made so made I wanted to break the bike in my phone

Good idea .. BUT Took over 15 mins to unlock a bicycle with this app. Couldn't add a private network. Had to unregister and reregister to get it to work.
