I am sorry to hear about your login issues. Last week our services experienced an outage and you were one of the active users at the time. Could you please download the latest version of our app and try it another time. Please drop an email to support-at-500miles-dot-io if your issue isn't resolved. If you haven't already, please upgrade to our latest versions and explore our Search & Profile features. I like the concept, but I cannot experience app without giving phone number (or facebook account information) to create an account. Why do I have to give phone number before lookimg at what information is there...

Hi Kazuki, thanks for your feedback. The latest version of the app no longer asks for your phone information as part of on-boarding. You can signup as an email user and complete your registration. Please let us know if you have further feedback. Just accept I guess Can't even view the terms & conditions.. Needs a fix

Just wanted to follow up and confirm that this issue is now fixed in the app. Please upgrade to the latest version and let us know if you have further feedback. The app tends to crash after the first page of an application. It goes back to the job description. It does save your work, but this would definitely be a bug to fix. Also, when you go to post the picture of your resume, it goes back to the home screen as well. Another thing that the app lacks that would be very useful is a profile. The profile would work to keep all the URLs for profiles in one spot, so you don't have to type them in manually every time. It would also be nice to be able to upload a a document from your phone as your resume as opposed to only a picture. Most phones have the capability to download documents, and uploading a resume as a document would make it easier for the recruiters to read as well. I like what this app is attempting to do though. I know someone before me said that they couldn't get past the University page because they did not go to University, but that's the point of this app. It's for students currently in college to help them land internships and jobs. I think it's very useful to know what alumni from your university work at a particular company. Giving a 4/5 because there's room for improvement. But concept is good!

Bad UX design The UX is pretty bad IMO. I couldn't get past the pick university screen because I didn't attend university, and the school I went to abroad is not in there.

Hi Pim, sorry to hear about your issue. Our latest version of the app will allow you to add your school (or company) that may not be in our database. Please check out our current release and try it out. Would love to hear back from you if you have further feedback. The first version used to crash. But it is much improved now.

Hi Waley, sorry to hear about your issue. Unfortunately, one of our dependencies seems to have issues with HTC devices, leading to the crash. Needs a lot of work Nice concept. But needs a lot of work. Can't change my company or my profile details once I login which is quite painful because I input the wrong company while registering in the drop down.
