TADA has been one of the best ride-hailing apps I've used. I appreciate its transparent pricing with no surge fares, which makes travel costs more predictable. Booking a ride is quick, and the app is simple and easy to navigate. The drivers I've encountered have generally been polite, professional, and punctual. I also like that TADA offers multiple ride options and a smooth cashless payment experience.

I've been using this app for about two years, and overall it's been a good experience. However, one issue that continues to frustrate me is the pickup location. On several occasions, the app has pinned the wrong location, which creates confusion for both drivers and passengers. Sometimes this has even forced me to cancel a ride after waiting for around 30 minutes. I hope the pickup location accuracy can be improved, as it would make the service much more reliable.

its the most unreliable car hailing app ever the drivers keep cancelling my booking this week (ride to orchard) despite its peak hour and we are rushing to work. I have been waiting and trying to be patient when I notice the GPS didnt move. I tried calling the driver (no answer) and soon my ride was cancelled. another occasion in the same week, I waited and tried texting due to the previous encounter. I was already waiting by the main road this time. the driver cancelled after I text him.
