The driver insisted he didn't get the payment from Tada because it wasn't updated in the app. I had to paynow him. Later, I discovered that my card was charged. I contacted Tada to get a refund. They split the refund into 3 vouchers. I thought they were promotional codes ($10, $3, $3). One got EXPIRED + this means I have to take ride 3 times in order to redeem my refund. The charge should have been reversed in my credit card, but now they will not even re-issue the voucher. Unethical business.

unable to change default payment mode. have manually changed default payment mode 3 or more times in a week only to constantly be reminded by driver payment is by cash. apart from that, the app isn't bad. drivers are nice and prices are good.

Use at your own risk. The driver can go to wrong pickup point and then charge the passenger waiting fee. When contacted their support, they insisted I waited at the wrong location. I have done many bookings from all ride hailing apps and only a few drivers who do not know how to use map navigation went to wrong pick-up point. With other providers they understand the mistakes by their drivers and willing to waive off the waiting fees. This provider is the only exception.
