To the person who created this app, and Ryan on Reddit for the theory, THANK YOU. I've battled years of chronic health stuff and then had a breakdown, so I saw each day as a write-off. With this app I started doing something positive each day, even if it was just "went for a walk in nature". Then my entries got longer with all the progress & momentum. I logged daily for months and it embedded a mindset where every day is a gift, and I'm seeing goals come to fruition. Life changing app 🐛🦋

This app is simplistic and minimalistic yet effective. In that it helps you strive to have more productive,more postive outlooks in your daily schedule. I think the best part is that it allows you to write down 'why' your day was a "none zero day" and on top of that it allows you to look back on your past none zero days too.
