This app is great, would definitely recommend! I can see myself becoming more confident in suitations I fear. It was really helpful to have the educational sessions and audios to practice before going into the exposures, which you can do at your own pace in graduated steps. Looking forward to continuing

Loving this app! Easy to follow, and complete at your own pace. It breaks the phobia down into manageable modules that challenge established thoughts and behaviors in a calm and safe way. The virtual reality aspect gives you full control while working through the graduated exposure therapy. A helpful app for anyone struggling with social anxiety.

I have Arachnophobia,and have been using the ovrcome app for a few months now. I can highly recommend the app to help you manage and even overcome your fears. Although I still have a way to go, I can now put myself in a place I know spiders "may" be. I can watch them on the TV and not need to leave the room. Yes I still get fright when unexpected happens, but I can manage this fear a lot better. Through the relaxing, breathing and meditation parts of the program I am sleeping a lot better. 🙂
