Ratings and reviews

The app is completely broken after the recent updates. Every time I open the app and try to type my mobile number to sign in, it crashes immediately and kicks me out to the home screen. Clearing the app cache and data didn't fix the issue. Please fix this crash as soon as possible.

Dear Yalla Support Team, I am writing to report a persistent technical issue with the Yalla Super App. After entering an incorrect fingerprint, the application completely froze on the "Retry" (أعد المحاولة) screen and became entirely unresponsive. To resolve this, I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, none of them worked: Forced stop the app and cleared the cache.

Pretty, but doesn't work. I requested a card in July 2023 and never got it, none of my half dozen support tickets got replied to, I couldn't link any of my cards, and the app sometimes entered an endless load loop or just crashed outright. Edit after reply: you didn't even give me the right email. I won't send you anything, find it yourself by going through my complaints as diligently as you go through reviews.
