The first time I installed and activated the code sent, it said it was already in use... Luckily (I guess?) it had sent me *4* activation emails. All 4 didn't seem to work and said to try again or this device already had credentials. Opening the app normally to see if one did end up working, it crashed on launch. And anytime I attempt to open after, it crashes on launch. After uninstalling and reinstalling I don't have any locations or keys registered and it started crashing again. Unusable.

We can help you further to get in contact with the Property Manager for your system--they send the invites and credentials. Alternatively, you can try the Request Replacement Credentials in the app.

The app is terrible. First, there's no widget. Then it asks me EVERY SINGLE TIME if I want to enable notifications. THEN, if you click away, regardless of choice, it goes to phone settings. So now I have to navigate back to the app. All of this to open a gate while in my car. This is NOT an upgrade from a key fob. The user experience atrocious.

The app rarely works as intended. Isn't consistent on unlocking the door immediately. The new update requires notifications on. If you turn them off, they tell you every single time you open the app to turn them back on. The app runs constantly in the background and requires a force close to stop. The app by default, has access to your camera, photos, and videos. When reading my credentials to access my building for work, why is it trying to access my personal data?
