About this app

The Info-Collectes app is the new official app for your waste collection services! It brings together all the information you need to sort and reduce your waste, based on your address: a personalized collection calendar, the location and availability of drop-off points, the schedule and practical information about the ecocentre, sorting instructions (accepted and refused materials), and much more.

Receive reminders to put out your bins, tips and tricks to reduce your waste, and stay informed of any changes that affect you.

🚛 At-home waste collection:
The app automatically tells you the day of the next collection for garbage, recyclables, organics, and yard waste. You also have access to the annual collection calendar, including holidays. You'll also know when Christmas trees are collected from your doorstep.

♻️ Where to donate? Where and when to dispose of? How to recycle your special waste?

The app uses geolocation to locate the nearest drop-off points. You can easily find drop-off points for returnable containers, clothing donation bins, and other service points. You might even discover places and organizations where you can donate clothing, how to compost, and what to do with small motorized appliances, mattresses, electronics, computers, and more. Finally, you'll never have to wonder about the ecocentre's opening hours again: the right information is in the app!

🔔 Stay informed: The app provides personalized, real-time information on changes to service point hours or closures, collection delays at your address, and special measures taken by the City of Saint-Jérôme.

The app also allows you to request missed collections at your home or workplace, as well as requests for delivery or repairs of broken bins.
