I've tracked my workouts on paper for years, never liking the couple of apps I tried. This has been a game changer for me, and has made working out easier after a period of struggling with it. I like the easy tracking of personal bests so that I know where to set the weight next time, and the built in timer. I'm currently using the free version and it meets my needs really well. The paid version has cool bonuses, but it's still a wonderful app regardless, which is how I think it should be.

Overall great app. Easy to track your workouts. There are a few aspects I find annoying... There's no stopwatch for timed exercises like planks, so I have to open up a timer separately on my phone. Some of the details are not explained to you. For example, it took me a while before I realized you could swipe left to delete a set. Also, if I update the template of a workout, it will delete an exercise if I haven't done it that week. But overall good.

Very helpful overall tool, much better than notepad! There's some quality of life improvements it would benefit from, such as an easy way to change the order of exercises without deleting them and starting over. It also isn't very user friendly; it took me a month to realize I could delete sets by swiping sideways, and only just found the ability to leave a note on a specific exercise during a workout. It could already have the feature I want and I'd have no idea. Maybe build a tutorial mode?
