The app has a simple and easy to use user interface that streamlines your workout planning and weight tracking. It helps remind you the last weight and rep count you used on every exercise which is very helpful when you haven't done an exercise in a while. You can write in notes for individual exercises which is helpful when you want to remember what settings on machines you used so the next time you don't have to waste time getting everything in the right position. I love this app.

Easy to use, great for recording moves/exercises, can also create, add your own. The animations for some moves are very helpful. Cons: only 4 Kettlebell exercises in the library, there should be more with popularity of Kettlebells + should be added as one of the categories. I regret purchasing the PRO, dont see the benefit, especially since there hasn't been an update since July 2022 (The free version is sufficient). Please make the "plate key" feature interactive so we can add plates ourselves.

Not enough excercises to choose from. You can create exercises that aren't on the list, but there aren't enough categories to choose from to separate body parts or types of equipment when creating your exercise. Once you create an exercise, you can't edit it. Annoying timer if creating a superset in workout. Difficult to cancel a workout that is started, and to figure out how to keep previous templates saved (if there's a way) after editing it. I should have stuck with fitnotes or another app.
