This app helps me to stay on track as it reminds me of my session plan so I don't go over time or do less time and I can press finish. I like how it goes to rest after a exercise is done and this makes sure you rest and not carry on to burnout or injury. It's great for beginners like me looking to be healthy overall and any level really. Great fitness coach and I would highly recommend it as it is simple and easy to use and that's what I was after so nice job!
Typically don't write reviews but thought this all was worth the effort. The app looks good and is very easy to use. Took me 10-15 to create my different workouts for the week. Tracking workouts is very easy. I like that it has a built in timer between sets and that it keeps track of exercise progress and 1 Rep Max. For a free app you really can't beat it.
I started with the stronglifts 5x5 app with a paid premium acct but it was too rigid and customizing accessory workouts or deviating from the program was too much work. After 5 mos on SL5x5 I hit plateaus and even hurt my back so I decided to get an app I can customize more. I found this app and it works great! Pros: very customizable, free, timer with custom time lengths. Tracks previous workouts with good data like 1RM% and volume per workout. Cons: does not automatically add weight for linear progression per workout and does not suggest deload on failures like SL 5x5 did. Also does not automatically calculate suggested weights and reps for warmup sets. Conclusion: very easy interface and easily customizable but requires you to do more thinking when setting up workouts so in that area you are pretty much on your own. All in all a very good app. Add automatic weight and warmup calculation features and I will gladly give it 5 stars!
Really good app for keeping your lifts organized. I love how easy it is to use and navigate the UI. Really good. It took me a sec to see the automatic clock that times your workouts but you can easily turn it off of cancel it. Great descriptions of the exercises too and easy to make workouts with them. Good planning tool and I definitely recommend this to anyone.
Awesome app. It's simple, no frills, and easy to use. I love that it tracks PRs without needing to enter them. I don't like that you can't add custom exercises if what you need isn't already in the list, but it's not too common that it happens because the list is pretty big.
Best workout app I've used so far. Great for planning out programs, keeping journals etc and has the ability to create your own exercises which most other apps seem to be missing. Would say missing a superset option on Android and the iOS version doesn't seem to work too well for Supersets
