I've used this app for a little while, but after messing with all the settings...I absolutely love it. It automatically tracks your personal records in different forms (1rm, volume, and weight). You can easily enter/make your workout program and create exercises. There is a timer built in so you can monitor your workout times, and rest in between set timer. You can go back in time to see your previous workouts as well as see your tonnage (sets × reps × weight) per exercise and workout. It has very minor flaws, such as tracking tonnage for bw exercises, machine assisted exercises such as an assisted pull up machine, and you cannot remove the preinstalled workout programs. These are minor and nitpicky but I did not subtract score for these minor flaws. This is the cleanest and easiest to use gym rat workout app.

Perfect app. I have one thing on my wish list for this: a duration timer for duration exercises that starts after the rest timer finishes.
Great simple tracker. Just needs some way to remind me to stop my workouts... I have many 24 hour workouts recorded as a result
I've been using this app for over 3 years now. It is what got me motivated to consistently go to the gym. I use it daily and love it to pieces. Keep up the great work guys! I highly recommend this app to people just starting the gym, powerlifters and bodybuilders.
