This new application brings the insights and power of Takt directly to operators on the floor via their existing Android-based scanners, mobile computers, and vehicle mounted devices. The app enables employees to:

- View real-time performance for their current shift
- Quickly see their performance trend and get suggestions on things to focus on
- Track non-scanning activities such as indirect work, training, and downtime

The Takt Employee App is easy to use for employees and IT. The app is available for easy deployment via the Google Play Store and configured using your existing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution. The configuration is managed directly in Takt so you can determine what aspects of the application are enabled.

At Takt, our goal is to empower all levels of the organization to use data to improve performance, grow their career, and ultimately align the goals of the business with the individual. Today marks another step forward in that journey. This is just the beginning of the employee application with many more features on the way!
