I'm using this in simplistic forms & had no issues transferring my tickets to my family members. Now, we wait to see how the app works when the actual barcodes become available. Will I be able to save to my wallet, I'll find out in due time! My biggest complaint is why do I need a separate ticket app & can't just view my tickets in the world cup app, like most sports apps in America allow me to do in their app. It's like FIFA didn't do any research in the last 3.75 years on ticketing in NA.

Worst ticket app I have ever used. Tickets put for exchange doesnt show so you need to go through website for that (with at least 30 min wait to get it). Before that purchased tickets didn't show until a few days ago (purchased 6 months ago!!!). Shambles, Infantino is greed personified. Unlimited funding and just cannot create even an acceptable "customer" (FAN) experience for their big tournament. Football enemy #1.

I recently purchased a new phone and installed this app. Tried to log in and it said I couldn't access my tickets for I was still logged in on another device, which isn't possible because I removed the app from my previous phone. I submitted a message to FIFA via their contact form, describing the problem, and all I got back was a generic ticketing message. So as of right now, I can't access my tickets for the match on JUne 30th in New Jersey, and nobody at FIFA can help. I'm furious.
