Amazing experience from start to finish, easy to apply and pay for tickets but when it came to the time for entry we had to print out our tickets which we couldn't it being a Saturday and had other arrangements we felt as though we couldn't get in without a print out, however after trying places we just went as l had proof of payment etc , that was the only thing we got in without a print off so please either give out the tickets or make sure it's on the phone only. Loved it and would go again!

After registering, the app sends you to a blank grey screen and nothing else happens. Have tried rebooting my phone and deleting and reinstalling the app and outcome is always the same. I am supposed to be getting tickets delivered via this app and in it'd current state I may have to find an other way to retrieve them. Isn't very impressive.

Can't gain access as it never accepts the carefully entered verification code. Tried numerous times. Uninstalled, installed, same issue. Tried another phone, same issue. Have contacted the venue to request email tickets instead. Imagine if the app let me down at the entrance to the venue!
