With Tuboleta Pass:

• Create your account using the same email you used to purchase on Tuboleta.com.
• Transfer tickets to your friends and companions using the "Send Ticket" option.
• Access the events by presenting the QR code on your phone.
• If you can't attend the event, use the "Resale on Pásala" option within the app to resale your tickets

Ratings and reviews

Can't login on the app, although I made an account on the website. Says my email and account doesn't exist, but I can login on the website. When you go to the tbpass link online for Tuboleta Pass login request, you are not allowed to enter a letter (A-Z) for ID number. However, my account was made with my passport, which has a letter in it. Therefore, if your passport has a letter in it, you cannot enter it into the form, and cannot access your account in the app. Stuck in a doom loop.

terrible app, they never send the confirmation code, actually is the only method to receive my tickets. Fortunately the event will be in a few months. Hopefully they will solve the issue

I guess this is a common comment but, I don't really like to be forced to use an app to get my tickets, there should be options for customers to get the tickets delivered, using my email account should be fair enough. I hope you stop forcing users to do things like this. By the way, your app has been flagged for inappropriate content
