I already paid for tickets now I am being forced to install this app that I don't want and forced to enter personal information and agree with their terms because I have no choice if I am to get my tickets! This should be illegal and reported to the necessary consumer body and removed from the google play store. Whats even worse is that I bought ticket for an older person who dont have a phone nor email and now we're stuck. Plus the app wants my location! I EXPECTED MY TICKET IN MY EMAIL!!!

I agree with the comments that argue that it shouldn't be an app where you will find for the tickets after buying them from the website. Everything should be integrated in one place for clarity, organization and easiness for users.

I don't understand why they need forced access to my photos and videos. if you change phone you lose your old account. all wrong.
