All of the restaurants are "closed" except for two, and one of two that are open is a pizza place which already delivers anyway. There are restraints in my area that are on the app but all of them say closed. If it is "closed" on a Thursday afternoon why is it on here? For example Chick-fil-A or Texas Roadhouse.
Hard to like the app when I have 2 restaurant options...I live in a populated area with dozens of nearby places to eat and all this app gives me is 2 options? I've been living here for 27 years and have not even heard of 2 restaurants so I don't think I will be giving them a shot. Waste of time downloading
I LOVE this app! Hard day at work? Sick? Lazy? Home College Football game? Sick of Dominos? Order Up! Though, I keep them and the Redbox guy to team up so they can deliver me movies, so I never have to leave home on my days off! I don't know why everyone is 1 star-ing, no complaints here in Morgantown,WV
I think it is a bad app I don't have many options and the ones I do have are three pizza shops. I have those around my neighborhood I would like to have a better places to choose from.
I love OrderUp and it is a Sunday staple in our house! However, it does suck that all offers are for new customers only and loyal customers do not receive any deals unless they refer a new customer (very rare in this area to find someone who doesn't already use ot). Would love to see customer appreciation deals and codes for $$ off at times.
The wait times for a driver take longer than it would take me to just walk there and get the food on most occasions. After delivery charge and suggested tip, the bill is doubled. Not worth it at all.
