Update! Great app! Way better than Beyond Menu and Grub Hub. We finally have a long list of places to order from! **We use the service a TON! The driver's are always amazing! However, I want to give a huge shout out to Tucker! We ordered during an extremely high volume time. He contacted me and let us know that it may take a little longer than usual but that he was contacting the restaurant to be sure our food wasn't started until he could get there. So that it was fresh!Seriously, this is above and beyond!
Best delivery app ever! I submitted my order at 4:42pm and it arrived around 5:17pm. I love the update notifications. I knew my driver's name, when he left the building with my order, and even got a notification when he pulled up to my house. Food was great and so was the service. I will definitely use Order Up again.
My experience was great, Thanks craig I proceeded to read the comments for doing my first order and there was alot of negative ones. I believe people should just understand that it does take time, other than I say thank you Craig for delivering food that I couldn't get because police hate my car.
First time order Order up called me 45 mins after I placed an order to let me know that my order has been cancelled and that i will recieve my refund in 4 to 5 business days. Because the restuarant in which i ordered was too busy. Instead of calling me to help resolve the problem, i was now out of money and food and they offered nothing to help the situation.Take responsibility for your sucky service and stop blaming the banks and restaurants for lack of service. Your business is being the middle man, own it, you suck.
This is a total waste of time. Ordered food, was not told when to expect it. Called the company 1 and a half hours later to be told that I need to contact the restaurant directly to check on my order. They are not timely and not friendly. Their customer service was not helpful. I am uninstalling after I get my refund.
Doesn't work 90% of the time. Every time i try to place an order i get an error message saying it can't be completed. Last time i had to delete the cc's and re-enter the card info again to get it to work. Trying again today with no luck. #hangry
The choice is yours! Opt-in or out of push notifications regarding promotions and deals and the status of your order from the Delivery Tracker. Of course, you can always live in darkness and not have these notifications pop up. That’s cool, too.
