I ordered from the app for delivery (which I've gotten delivered before) and it automatically switched to pick up. I called the store in my area and they said take it up with customer service (which doesn't support on the app). I ended up using a delivery service. Very, very disappointed. My food was cold, ultimately it wasn't the workers fault but still disappointing. PSA: Don't use the app for delivery

I hope Taco Time marketing sees this, because i love the food. Here is my experience with the app. So I attempted to use the app and the process is fine but if their trying to aquire more customers to use it and order from it rather than use skip they should at least make it cheaper than skip. The exact same order came to roughly $24.00 dollars with tip on skip and $30.00 on the Taco time app, with no breakdown of why. Like I said, love the food but fix that if you want customers to use it more.

Confusing enrolment process. I signed up and received the welcome email then logged into the app, however there's another tab on the home page that you have to log into separately to start receiving rewards. Why does this require another login? It's buggy and I often see coding script where it shouldn't be visible. Not to mention the promos can be misleading, as you need to make a full priced purchase before they load the points to your account. Not very user friendly or rewarding.
