About this app

eProtocol is an electronic assistant to help members of the SIC when filling out a protocol of the Sectional Election Commission.

The application is intended both for members of the Sectional Election Commissions and for any interested citizen who wishes to validate the data both during the elections and after the elections are completed after the scanned SIC protocols are published online. eProtocol provides a convenient and accessible tool for checking the correctness of the entered data and the control dependencies set out in the protocols of the Sectional Election Commissions and can be applied to any SIC protocol and can be used freely by anyone, as the data and controls in it are publicly available and free for public use.

The application supports all four types of protocols:
• Appendix No. 75-НС-х - Protocol of the SIC in the country for voting with paper ballots;
• Appendix No. 76-НС-хм - Protocol of the SIC in the country for voting with paper ballots and with ballots from machine voting;
• Appendix No. 77-НС-чх - Protocol of the SIC outside the country for voting with paper ballots;
• Appendix No. 78-НС-чхм - Protocol of the SIC outside the country for voting with paper ballots and with ballots from machine voting.

With it, you can quickly specify a constituency, select the type of protocol and enter the values ​​from the respective protocol in electronic form directly on your mobile device.

Main functionalities:
• specifying a constituency in the country or abroad;
• selecting the type of protocol;
• loading an electronic equivalent of the respective SIC protocol;
• interactive loading of data for candidate lists by region;
• entering and reviewing the values ​​according to the protocol;
• automatic checking of the set controls;
• clear marking of fields with discrepancies in relation to controls;
• display of the specific control that has worked;
• navigation between detected errors;
• confirmation of a correctly completed protocol.

The application checks the protocol upon confirmation by the user, allowing multiple validation and corrections to the data.

In the presence of discrepancies, the application immediately indicates in which fields there is a problem and which control dependency has not been fulfilled. In the absence of errors, confirmation is displayed that the entered data meets the requirements and no controls have worked.
