App had too many issues. I used it in Las Vegas and the first car never arrived even though it counted down the minutes of arrival. When I finally got a car, I had no where to park it. all parking said tow away zones or paid parking garages which were off limits. No free parking was available. Every time I opened the app, it made me reverify my account info through email. When I went to book another, it said it was after hours and no longer in service so I had no way of getting home.

Good service, but the app itself is a bit basic. You can't manually enter your billing address if it doesn't match your DL. I know that's my fault for not updating my DL yet, but manually changing your profile info is a basic function almost every app that bills you has. It's a staple. It just copies your DL info and you have no say in the matter. The staff themselves are unable to change it for you. Still, it's a great idea and I plan to give them a try when I get my DL updated

During my rental my phone died and I wasn't aware that would kick me out of stopover mode ( $0.05 a minute) so unfortunately I was charged the driving rate for that whole time ($0.35 a minute). But Vay had no problems refunding me when I let them know what happened. I have already recommended this company to quite a few people and I will continue to do so.
