very easy to use and set up account. It's like an Uber you drive yourself. So convenient for shopping trips and cheaper than two Ubers there and back to your destination. would have been five stars but the two cars that I did use were not as clean as they should have been. Also the areas to start and finish your ride needs to be expanded to more parts of the city. but definitely good value for the service.

Great car and convenient but the 'stop over' locks you out and they don't tell you about the mileage charge and that it's more than twice the per minute charge discussed in the orientation. I feel duped. Much more expensive than one could calculate for an estimation... and I definitely overestimated assuming a bit of hidden charges... oh and then there was a hefty taxation on the tab as well. Aside from lying about pricing unfavorably, really great. Zippy too.

Horrible customer service. Numerous billing and system issues. The concept is great. I love the product when it works. when you have a problem caused by their system that is where they fail. This appears to be a company trying to grow too fast without enough employees to address customer issues timely. Their phone support has been unhelpful and at times rude. if you call during the day the system will have you hold then disc after 30 min. looking to use long term stay away from Vay.
