I had sent Ethereum based USDT to my Ethereum wallet on Zapit since morning but I am yet to receive it. I sent several emails but no single response. Can someone please assist me. The transaction hash on Ethernet.io says it was successful. Someone should please respond. Edited: I just got a response and I can now see the coins. Thank you.

Hello we have responded to your query on email. We are a self custdodial wallet. Your funds are always safe. Sometimes depending on the network it takes a while for the funds to show up.
