The app is terrible to use. I liked it in the beginning until I started having issues. I've had unwarranted restrictions, failed deposits with funds in limbo for 5 whole days, glitchy app, delayed customer service reply,etc. Over the past 2 days,I have been unable to transfer crypto out of the wallet. I have 15 failed transactions and counting. But when you email them, they try their best to gaslight you into believing they are sorting it out when they aren't. Very terrible customer service.

Dont use this app ... poor customer service ... some stole $45 from me and i contacted support even before the transaction was processe now i have lost my money and they have not replied.... even their developer replies faster that the actual customer service ... and yes i have contacted the email for support like 10 times ... can't imagine i trusted my money with such a company ...

at the developers kindly reverse the App to normal, and let it be working as before I don't want to think otherwise. people might loose their money from what we're facing now App no longer opens in phones.. imagine telling me I should do upgrade that it doesn't support my phone.. Im using A SAMSUNG NOTE 9 PLUS .WHICH OTHER PHONE WILL IT BE SUPPORTED TO THEN...OS UNFAIR. HOPE IS NOT WHAT IM THINKING..
