HoloBIOme: Your Window into the World of Plant and Soil Microbiomes

HoloBIOme is a free, innovative mobile app created as part of a research project conducted by the Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. It is a key tool that combines the latest scientific knowledge about the plant holobiont and soil microbiome with the practice of sustainable agriculture.

Why does the microbiome matter?

* Over 70 plant species: comprehensive microbiome profiles for a wide range of crops, horticultural plants, fruit plants, herbs, and cover crops.
* Dual-zone analysis: detailed information on the microbial composition of both the rhizosphere (soil around roots) and above-ground parts (leaves, stems).
* Health indicators: comparative data on the microbiomes of healthy and symptomatic plants, aiding in initial diagnosis and crop monitoring.
