About this app

P-APP is the application that allows you to access, pay and exit at Interparking car parks, without using a ticket and enjoying a 10% discount on stays per minute.
Access to and from the car park will be done by reading your vehicle's license plate or identifying yourself with the application's QR code; You will not need to go through the ATM and you can also request your invoices, receiving them instantly in your e-mail.
With P-app you will have access to products and services adapted to your needs, to improve your user experience while accessing and staying in our car parks, among which we highlight:
- Multi-entry from 1 to 30 days, with which you can enter and exit as many times as you want during the period purchased.
- The Monthly Subscriptions, for hiring of calendar months.
- The Parking Meters service, to pay for your stays in our Arenys de Mar parking meters more quickly and comfortably, extend your stays if necessary and even cancel complaints.
- The Electric Vehicle service, with which you can use our network of chargers, check the status of your charge in real time and have a detailed history of all the charges made.

Worst user experience for a parking app. Advertised as you can pay for parking with the app at lower rates, but there's no way to scan your ticket. Also, copywriting is very confusing.

The app worked well to register the car and payment card, the gates opened to let the car in - all good. The issue is that the pedestrain gates are locked, no barcode scanner, the buzzer didn't work and only a little sticker with a phone number allowed us to get help to enter - but it was a while before someone picked up. I'm using the app for convenience and speed (to not waste time paying for parking ticket) and they need to resolve the issue of pedestrian access for this to make sense.

Park here if you want a horrible experience, a waste of time and extra charging of a faulty system. You can not pay by card if you have a ticket. You pay for a whole day if you stay more than 3 hours, but you are charged extra if you don't exit in 10 minutes. The app? A bad joke. And you can't use it without a qr code. So if you have a ticket and no cash, get ready for a really bad experience of an unsolvable escape room (parking) Narrow parking lots and so litle space to move around.
