Ratings and reviews

The only issue I've faced with this app is that every now and then, it requires a selfie verification. If it is possible, please make it so that we can log in immediately using the OTP and fingerprint verification without needing face ID. I understand that this is done to increase the security of your bank accounts, but at times, this method can be very inconvenient for users.

1 star. Very disappointed. The Super Qi.Card app didn't work on my Poco F3, and after upgrading to a Google Pixel 10 Pro, it still doesn't work. I have to use another phone just to log in. Customer support is slow, unhelpful, and kept telling me to "wait 24 hours" with no updates. Eventually they blamed my phone instead of fixing the app. A company this large should ensure its app works on modern Android devices.

well I had an oppo phone which worked perfectly, but since upgrading to pixel 10 pro XL it keeps saying operation failed when I try to log in, customer service is practically as good as non existent, they blame the phone which is the latest in the market, really the technical support and the app developers need to look into this annoying issue, I can't be walking around with two phones constantly, every other bank I deal with has no issues with their app.
