Worth every penny. My sleep scores went from the 70s to average 89 in the past month. The sleep story voices are excellent and I hardly ever make it past 5min before conking out. It's nice to be able to have the white noise/ water sound in the background even with other apps open. Haven't tried the other stuff, but great for falling asleep.

I love this app! Use it multiple times a day. An easy 5 star rating. But minus 2 stars is a huge deal because it's very glitchy during the meditation videos. Even if I have to go back and play them to complete a day or whatnot, I have to rematch them, or if automatically goes to the next one leaving them in the unfinished category. I could use the organization and have them work properly. Thank you. Restarting the phone or cleary cache doesnt solve this issue.

Edited review to 5 stars..... I use Abide throughout the night, every night, while we sleep. I wish we had the ability to loop one of the music options (not the background music) while playing one of the sleep stories. It'd also be nice if we had more background music options that will continue throughout the night, after the story ends. The main takeaway is that I use this app every night, and would be lost without it. Thank you Abide team!
