The PacketFlagon app allows you to create customized Proxy Auto Configuration files that help your browser to bypass UK Internet censorship. It does this by routing the URLs you specify through our proxies but allowing you other URLs to use your normal Internet connection.
This app is currently in a *beta* state and doesn't yet have full anti-censorship circumnavigation abilities so for the next few weeks it's possible the ISPs who censor the Internet might work out how to block this app from working but we'll fix that soon.
This app doesn't do any proxying itself, you'd be better off researching and installing Orbot; https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.torproject.android&hl=en_GB if you require anti-censorship software for your Android device.
This app is open source under a BSD license; https://github.com/RoutingPacketsIsNotACrime/PacketFlagon-Android-App
As is both the frontend and backend code for the PacketFlagon HydraProxies; https://github.com/RoutingPacketsIsNotACrime/PacketFlagon
Features: • Add existing PACs for management • Create a new PAC file • Push any PAC file to S3 (Pushing a PAC file to S3 ensures that ISPs are unable to block it as they'd risk blocking the entire of Amazon S3) • Add new URLs to a PAC • Remove URLs from a PAC

Help Defeat UK Internet Censorship One of the key features of the PacketFlagon platform is that anyone with ~3Mb of webspace can run a HydraProxy frontend.
It'll be almost impossible for the ISPs who censor their customers to keep track of all the frontends that get created ensuring a free and open Internet.
