I thought it would help me contact doctors or actually a coach, maybe more thought out less robotic programs, but it doesnt. The reason for the 1 star is because it offers nothing more than a quick google of how to deal with stuff, but really offers even less. youtube mindfulness, or these little 'exercises' that do work for some people, but this program is basically a broad broad stroke for PTSD the amount of times the app pushes the crisis line and makes you take the damn quiz is a chore

Amazing app, no add-on costs. You can track your overall mental health and PTSD symptoms over time. Great for those with depression and anxiety too. You can connect to Vets if you want. There is no pressure. I get in my head and this helps me crawl out. A lot of different therapies, like sound, music, guided meditation, sayings, pictures, customizable pics, and this helps.

This app has helped me track and better manage my PTSD. It saved my life (literally)! Over three years ago I was at a very bad place and needed to contact the suicide hotline. Could not remember the number, but the app dialed it for me. That might seem insignificant, but it was there when I needed it. The newer features are extremely helpful in keeping an updated safety plan. To all who contributed to the development and management of this app, thank you!
