Got us everywhere we needed to go by cable car in Milan. It was great. Took a minute to register from app to website, then clised and opened the app, signed in easily. Tied in Paypal fast and easily. Keep your Paypal app updated and it's fast. Was able to scan the code on the trams np. Didn't use the map much -- prefer Google maps. I've seen a lot of bad comments about this app, but I thought it was easy and amazing. Better than other transport apps I've used in other cities/countries. Try it!

Waiting 10 minutes for qr code to load to be exit metro is just fantastic experience. Update: now I just weren't let out. If you ever go to Milan: don't buy electronic tickets. They are not worth time lost

The previous version was not great but it worked ok. The update is awful. Heavy, doesn't load well, not intuitive, no news from the metro lines when there's disruption, more difficult to save stops to your favorites... There is not one thing that is better now
