With the Hello bank! App, you have the situation of your current accounts and cards always under control! The new Hello bank! App it has a renewed design and the user experience is even simpler and more intuitive: in short, managing your daily life has never been easier and faster!

It is also possible to access the app using the Fingerprint from Android 6.0 and above. (Except for devices that do not use the Google Fingerprint API).

Through the app you can:

· Purchase products such as credit cards and prepaid cards directly in the app;

· View the ceiling of all your cards, even the shared ones;

· Save your reminders to never forget a deadline, from paying a bulletin to renewing your identity card;

· View all documents sent by the bank and send us your documents directly from the app;

· Make Italy and Sepa bank transfers, account transfers, mobile phone top-ups and prepaid cards;

· Pay postal bills also via camera, pay MAV / RAV;

Worst experience possible. It's almost a week that I can't access my account, neither from the app nor from the website, since you need the app to log in on the website... Also that stupid Hank virtual assistant on the site loses connection all the time that I can't even contact support via email or chat. Even the phone support has unreasonable wait times. This kind of service isn't acceptable considering there are better banks with no monthly commition. Edit: già fatto, risposta: aspetta update.

User lock 🔐 but why? So my old phone just up and died so I got a new phone and installed this app I put my username and password in correctly but it showed me the nickname of the old phone that doesn't function anymore so I proceeded to change it, the app never allowed me, so I called customer service and got Francesco who told me to uninstall and then reinstall the app, which I did and guess what I still can't get inside the app or get access to the online banking either 😔👎🏿👎🏿

Horrible, extremely difficult to login, unclear and counterintutive organisation of menus. Different security system than all other similar banking applications. cumbersome!
