Description

Volume Ace is a Volume Manager that allow you to fast and easily control your device volume levels. You can create profiles and switch or select them straight from the widgets or schedule events to change your settings automatically.

Features

• Volume control for: Ringer, Notifications, Media, Alarm, Voice Calls and System (Some devices may have certain volume control tied together).

• Create your own presets

• Schedule profiles to apply automatically at the time and day you choose.

• Timer: Set a profile temporarily for x hours and minutes. Useful for meetings, movies etc. so you don't forget to turn off the "silent" profile.

• 8 Widgets (Five 1x1, Two 2x1 and One 4x1)

• Volume Locker: Prevent ringer and/or media volume to be changed outside the app.

• Set silent Mode (on widgets too) Silent, Vibration & Normal. (silent not available in lollipop+)

• Tone picker (Ringtone, Notification and Alarm).

• Sounds while adjusting (using the actual ringtone)

• Cycle profiles by tapping widget (Supported by widgets with "levels only")

• Custom colors appearance to widgets and main screen (Orange, Azure, Green, Red, White, Vintage, Blue Yellow, Pink and Purple).

• Bluetooth volume

Tablets aren't fully supported.
App functionality may vary based on Android version in use.

Used to work great, but the widget to control switching between profiles is unresponsive much of the time. Other widgets do not display the same issue, so I do not believe that it is a phone issue. The only way to reliably switch between profiles is to open the app and switch from there. Kind of defeats the purpose...

Worked fine until 6.0 upgrade Prior to the 6.0 upgrade it was fantastic but since the upgrade, I can't get it to work in silent mode. Instead, it defaults to vibrate and I can't switch it over to silent. I might have to completely delete and rewrite the profiles or uninstall the app.

The dog's ..........! I've tried the rest but this is definitely the best. I used to use the profile timer on Nokia and really missed it. This does timer and so much more. It's fab. Thank you.

Very useful functions and I utilise them all. I love the profile scheduler and timer. Works just as described, which can't be said for many other bug-ridden apps that aren't as consistent or stable. But I need one more function before I can give this app 5 stars: a function for increasing ringing volume within a profile. e.g. for the ring volume to go from moderate to maximum within a number of seconds decided by me. (If you need to know why: the phone going off at full volume would scare the crap out of me and possibly damage my hearing if I'm in the same room as the phone, but I almost always miss the call if the phone goes off at a lower volume but I'm not in the same room as it. The obvious solution is for the volume to gradually increase. If I can't pick up straight ahead it because I'm away, I'll hear it as the volume goes up.)

Volume Ace Free - A Great Volume App Volume Ace works well, & has several useful features (like the easy to use scheduler) & widget options. That it's free is just the icing on the cake.

Otherwise good, but no option to ignore media volume. So when listening to music and it changes profile (by the scheduler), my music volume goes down as well. The last app I had of this nature let me change the other volumes on a schedule without effecting the media volume. Please fix!

Could be simplified I like this app, it works fine when it's all set up but it could be simplified. End times for profile scheduling are not necessary. Just allow users to set a start time for a profile and let it run until the next profile start time kicks in. That would would eliminate messages that warn about schedules overlapping even when they aren't.

Just tap the arrow in between the two time to disable the end time...The schedule overlapping is working fine, just remember that if you set the end time "before" the start time, it is considered as in the next day.

Easy and useful. But not reliable I scheduled “loud” for Sat+Sun. but it kept saying I overplan my Mo-Fri . now it should be loud as I scheduled. But it goes to “quiet”.

Almost perfect When I put it in silent mode, the ringer volume always stays just above mute, then I have to manually turn it all the way down from the widget. That's Androids'fault, though. It's good enough that I can do it all from the home screen without going 3 menus deep in lollipop.

Would be great if it had Bluetooth volume control The app description says it has Bluetooth volume control, but it does not show up for my HTC One with Lollipop. Worse, it mutes my Bluetooth volume whenever changing profiles. 5 stars if this can be fixed.

Love it, Galaxy S2X 16/6/15 icon widget continues to default to white no matter what is selected. Developer reports that is now the default. Please consider changing this, it's boring on page? Samsung Galaxy S II X Android 4.1.2

The widget does not always show the correct profile When I apply a new profile, sometimes the widget freezes and does not reflect the new profile. The only way I can correct it is to reboot my phone and then the widget will show the current profile.

Does most of what I need Good volume control app. Had some odd glitches a couple months ago, but they seem to have been fixed. The paid version doesn't offer functionality I need, but I promise this: If the developer adds VIP lists so that I can set, on a per-profile basis, to let close friends ring through, I will buy the paid version (whether it's in that version or this one). That's the one really important feature to me that's lacking.

NO SILENT MODE ON LOLLIPOP does not work for silent mode on lollipop. You should warn people about that... so they do not waste their time.

Love it but it needs work I've used this app on several phones. I miss being able to adjust my ringer volume and notification volume separately. Please fix this issue.

Only Volume widget that works! Finally a widget that toggles between the volume profiles that I create across ALL volume settings including alarms, notifications, in call, media, etc. Only suggestion is that in the 1x1 widgets put in a graphic showing vibrate rather than no sound. Thanks!!
