The only actual useful feature to locate the automower on the map is no longer working with the new update ! This is an app written by engineers with no sense of what their customers actually want. Perhaps the company should build a useful app first before trying to monetise with their "Infinity" program...

Very poor app. It will not retain saved settings for setting up the zones despite several attempts. Everytime I reconnect to the robot it has lost the zones again! It might set up profiles properly but I can't get that far to verify. Also, you need to go back to the main screen to hit connect to get a second prompt to connect to the robot. If you only use the 2nd prompt, the connection will fail. Great robot mower but experience ruined by a buggy app..

App is very confusing and bad. I have paid for more data by entering my credit card. No response or confirmation. It does not tell you how much data, how long it might last or even how much you might need. The interface is a total mess! It is so bad that it alone is a reason not to buy the robot. Customer service is a web form which nobody reads. There is no ticketing system or confirmation email. No phone numbers. Nothing at all. Buy an Ambrogio robot and you are on your own.
