About this app

BBVoucher is the mobile platform that allows you to create a network of relationships between non-hotel accommodation businesses (bed and breakfasts or other types) and commercial businesses that sell products and services to offer customers of accommodation facilities the opportunity to save on their purchases during a stay. In this way, accommodation facilities can offer their customers the opportunity to make purchases at affiliated facilities, commercial businesses can acquire new customers who can also choose other commercial businesses and Users can save during their vacation or business stay.

By using the App the Accommodation Facility can:
- Manage your profile;
- Record check-ins via the app by entering the dates of the customer's stay at the facility and confirming the operation by scanning the customer's QR code after confirming the dates;
- Create partnerships with commercial facilities to start a new collaboration (an email will be sent via a specific page);
- View the entire customer base and examine some User information, Customer history, vouchers created and registered with the merchants;
- View the agreements initiated with the merchants of the platform;

By using the App, the Merchant can:
- Manage their profile;
- Register vouchers using the QR code identifying the voucher. A commission will be paid for each voucher acquired for the use and maintenance of the system (The request for payment is managed externally and not through the app);
- View the entire customer base and examine some User information, Customer history, vouchers created and registered with the merchant, and the value of the commission due;
- View and Manage the agreements initiated with the accommodation facilities of the platform;

By using the App, the Customer can:
- Manage their profile;
- View the Merchants and Accommodation Facilities present in the system;
- Select the merchant where you want to activate a Voucher to get a discount during payment (the user can have only one Voucher active);
- Cancel a Voucher at a Merchant to activate a new Voucher at another Merchant.
