BANSHI was born from the meeting of three friends with different experiences in the food sector.
Bled and Nertil have been successfully managing Japanese cuisine restaurants for over 12 years. Also known beyond the region, they boast countless collaborations with important personalities in Italian catering.
Like a modern King Midas, Bledar manages to INNOVATE traditional Japanese cuisine by creating FUSION dishes that convey all his passion and love for his work while Nertil makes WELCOME and customer SERVICE its strong point.
Marco founded the Quarnero fish industry with which for over 10 years he has specialized in the production of canned food and in the trade of fish products. From a young age he became passionate about the world of fish and the possibility of reaching a SUSTAINABLE trade by forming partnerships with the most prestigious and professional commercial realities in Europe.
Marco also deals with FOOD CONSERVATION and SAFETY by applying the already strict European regulations (EC Reg. 852/2004, EC Reg. 853/2004) and protecting the consumer at 360 ° through HACCP self-control procedures.
The lucky meeting brings Banshi to accompany the customer in a unique atmosphere, where he will find tradition, innovation and passion in the tasting of AMAZING pastry and sushi dishes in complete food safety thanks to the drastic division of the production process and administration.
All fresh fish products (salmon, sea bass, sea bream and tuna) are subjected to thermal abatement exceeding -25 ° C for over 24 hours, thus obtaining dishes that are completely BONIFIED from any parasites.
In order to guarantee greater freshness, some products, not present in the LOCAL markets, are purchased frozen or deep-frozen directly on board the fishing vessel or the processing plant (cooked / raw shrimp, crab, scampi, scallops and octopus).
