Ratings and reviews

It works OK but they dropped a few balls. Apparently they didn't realize that some of their machines are bought in non-metric countries. Or maybe they didn't know that the USA, UK, etc. use Imperial (oz) measurements. They should let you choose that in Settings. Also, for temperature, instead of letting you granularly pick degrees, they make you pick between low, med, high, and max. And you're supposed to be able to flag Favorites ... NOT!

Truly fantastic machine. And the app is promising. Occasionally it will work in sending in an order. But the menu only appears when the machine is on so you can't adjust your settings, but even when the machine is on, the app fails to save your custom settings at all. But today, the app logged me off and stayed in a circle of crashing.

The contrast between the device itself and its app can hardly be bigger. One must almost always login all the way again each time you want to connect, including the entry of your login name, country where are you located etc. That it highly inconvienient as it takes you a minute or two before you can start brewing your coffee. Once you're in it's acceptable at best, but leaves a general feeling that this feature had to be added with no budget left. Please redo your work and send an update soon!
