As promised & a bit more. Once again as of Oct 9 2024, the app does not load. Uninstalled, re8nstalled, no change. I keep thinking De'Longhi will figure it out on the next update. Now I think it will never work reliably. As of April 17 2024 - this app will not properly launch. It gets into a loop, startup screen, register/login, then minimized. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, reset the wifi on the machine, and finally was able to relog-in and connect. All is working now.

Truly fantastic machine. And the app is promising. Occasionally it will work in sending in an order. But the menu only appears when the machine is on so you can't adjust your settings, but even when the machine is on, the app fails to save your custom settings at all. But today, the app logged me off and stayed in a circle of crashing.

The first time set up was easy and straight forward, although a little slow still did everything in the realm of showing you what needed to happen next. The massive downside is that the machine can connect 4 profiles for customization.....but the app only allows one singular phone to ever connect to it. How did the app devs miss this massive shortcoming? Max of 4 profiles, max of four phones should not have been a lesson customers need to bring up for a product of this cost
