Truly fantastic machine. And the app is promising. Occasionally it will work in sending in an order. But the menu only appears when the machine is on so you can't adjust your settings, but even when the machine is on, the app fails to save your custom settings at all. But today, the app logged me off and stayed in a circle of crashing.

New Galaxy S24 here. Was barely working on my old S10 but since the March 11 update I cannot open the app. When I try opening it just goes into an endless loop of screens but doesn't con ect. I've tried uninstallimg and reinstalling, unplugging and resetting wifi and power on machine and phone but still does the same. It will find my Eletta Explore and when I try logging into my account it just doesn't seem to open the app to complete the process. Can't customize many of my settings now

Love the coffee maker. App worked once - when I first set everything up. Connected to the coffee maker. Showed me some recipes. Even told me when the coffee maker went to sleep and gave the option to wake it up. UPDATE: originally gave this 1 star. However, at the end of October, there was an app update that appears to have fixed the issue of the app not opening. It's still a bit slow, but it now works. ADDITIONAL UPDATE: 12/30/2023 - Stopped working again. No longer using app. Uninstalled.

Hello, we are very sorry that you had a bad experience with the app. Can you please try to uninstall and re-install the app on your smartphone and reset the ""Connectivity"" of your Coffee Machine to see if it solves your problem?
