The otrack® EcoLogica app
allows every citizen (TARI user) to have all the information they need at their fingertips to dispose of waste correctly and stay
up-to-date on local activities.
The otrack® EcoLogica service allows for reporting anomalies, service requests, and general information to be exchanged between the Manager/Institution and
the citizen.
The otrack® EcoLogica app provides monitoring of waste disposals. It can be downloaded from the iOS and Android stores and used even by those
who have not registered or do not have a TARI account. In this case, they will be able to access all public information in the area,
regarding the service, notices, and communications. Those who have registered or have a registered TARI account will be able to view
their personal information as well as request an on-demand collection or submit a report.
otrack® EcoLogica APP Features
The otrack® EcoLogica APP offers a series of personalized information about the Authority's separate waste collection and features that
allow direct interaction with the service provider. These features include:
- Waste collection calendar;
- Waste dictionary;
- Toll-free number information;
- Collection center information;
- Guide to waste disposal;
- Guided navigation to the collection center;
- News and communications section from the Manager/Agency;
- Container replacement;
- Notifications about collection days;
- Request for home waste collection with the option to attach photos;
- Send notifications with photos and GPS location;
- Notifications about collection requests and notifications;
- Specific reports of your waste disposals;
- On-demand collection;
- Sweeping and parking restrictions in affected areas;
