1. Recording weight/body fat
One can record weight/body fat twice a day. Even in one day, weight can largely fluctuate. Because of this, let's measure body weight every day at specified times.
Using a photo, one can manage their meal intake. If one does not understand their calorie intake, one can search on the web and from the search results one can record the calorie intake as-is. One can also very easily register the food they eat regularly as "My Food."
With a press of the button, a graph of weight, body fat, and calories can be made. Diet state of progress and daily calorie intake change can also easily be confirmed. The graph supports display in 14-day, 30-day, 90-day, and year intervals.
