It has a good idea behind it but nobody uses 4 wraps per bale on straw or hay. 2.5 wraps per bale is what the average is and what is set from factory. If you can figure how to solve a bale radius then use the basic formula to find circumference you can see where the data is used I this app and can get around the error you see if you imput less than 4 wraps. A 48x9840 roll should average close to 225-250 bales per roll at a 5ft tall by 4ft wide bale depending on how tight you apply your netwrap brake.
