With the Magis Energia app, you can manage your electricity and gas supplies easily, quickly, and securely. Everything you need is always at your fingertips.

From the Customer Area, you can:
Manage your supplies and monitor the status of your requests;
View your bill history and pay conveniently by credit card;
Activate direct debit and request a digital bill;
Submit gas meter readings and monitor your consumption;
Update your contact details independently.

Monitor your energy, whenever you want, directly from your smartphone.

How to register
You can register directly from the Magis Energia app or from the dedicated page on the website.
Even if you were already registered with the previous Customer Area, you must create a new profile to access the updated services.
The process is simple: enter your email address and the requested information, then confirm your identity with a temporary code (OTP) that you will receive via SMS or email.
Once registration is complete, your account will be immediately active.
With the same credentials, you can access both the Magis Energia app and the web Customer Area at areaclienti.magisenergia.it.
